Short term contract Opportunity: Clinical Nurse – Mental Health Acute Care Team - Rockhampton, QLD Contract Dates: 30 June – 20 July 2025 Hours: 76 hours per fortnight Driver’s Licence Required: Yes About the Role Rockhampton’s Mental Health Acute Care Team is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse to join them for a short-term agency contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive and fast-paced acute mental health setting. We’re looking for candidates with: - Proven acute mental health experience - Preferably with CIMHA and QLD Mental Health Act experience Mandatory Compliance Requirements Candidates will not be considered unless all of the following documentation is submitted: - Current Resume – must reflect recent experience (within 12 months) - Two References (One from a line manager within the last 6 months & One from a referee within the last 12 months) - AHPRA Registration – must be current through to 2026 - Police Check – current and valid for 3 years; aged care check required for MPHS/aged care - Immunisation Records – evidence of: MMR, Varicella, Hep B, Pertussis (within last 10 years). ADT and pertussis serology not accepted.
