Job Description: Senior Pega Business Architect Location : Sydney Employment Type : Contract Experience Level : 6 years Role Overview : We are seeking an experienced Senior Pega Business Architect (SBA) to lead end-to-end implementation of Pega solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering transformative results. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Pega applications, stakeholder management, and business transformation, with a proven track record of working in international markets. Key Responsibilities : Lead and oversee the design and implementation of Pega solutions, including 1 end-to-end Pega project implementations. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and system designs. Utilize in-depth knowledge of Pega Strategic Applications, particularly Pega Customer Service, to craft tailored solutions for clients. Champion Agile methodologies to drive efficient delivery of Pega solutions across organizations. Act as a key liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure alignment and seamless communication. Drive business transformation initiatives, demonstrating measurable improvements in processes and outcomes. Provide thought leadership and best practices for utilizing Pega technology in banking services or related domains. Qualifications : Certified Pega Business Architect (preferably version 7.4 or later). A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience with Pega solutions. Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management and fostering strong relationships with clients. Proven track record in business transformation projects with a strong focus on delivering tangible results. Experience in international markets, such as Australia, Europe, or the US, for at least 5 years. Strong domain knowledge in banking services is highly preferred. Skills and Attributes : Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders. Analytical mindset with the ability to conceptualize complex business processes. A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering innovative solutions. Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional and global teams. Preferred : Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks and their application in large-scale projects.
