Our client is currently seeking a Product Development Manager to join their team. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying new products/services to both internal and external customers. The Product Development Manager will also provide ongoing support for existing products/services and ensure customer success. Responsibilities include managing the development pipeline, allocating resources, refining the Product Development craft, and mentoring engineering staff. Review project timelines and resource allocation for successful product delivery. Implement transparent reporting tools for resource planning and project status. Participate in design reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards. Build relationships with stakeholders and escalate issues when necessary. Utilize best practices and tools for efficient project delivery. Stay updated on technology trends and foster a culture of innovation.
