About the Opportunity: We are building a talent pool of skilled Audio Visual Installation and Integration Technicians for upcoming projects across Victoria , spanning commercial, government, education, and hospitality sectors. These roles are ideal for experienced AV professionals who want to work on high-quality system installations and integrations. The Role: As an AV Installation/Integration Technician , you will: Install and integrate commercial AV systems including displays, projectors, racks, and control systems Run cabling, terminate, mount, and fault-test AV/IT equipment Commission and program systems such as Crestron, AMX, Biamp, QSC, Extron, and Q-SYS Interpret CAD/schematic drawings and follow technical documentation Provide onsite integration support, testing, and troubleshooting Work closely with project managers, engineers, and technicians to deliver end-to-end AV solutions About You: Strong experience in AV installation and integration within commercial environments Proficient in commissioning, testing, and fault-finding AV systems Knowledge of DSP programming and system integration (Biamp/Q-SYS, QSC, etc.) highly regarded Ability to read drawings/schematics and follow technical plans Electrical installation or structured cabling experience (open registration desirable) Comfortable working at heights (EWP ticket preferred) VIC driver’s licence & valid construction white card What’s on Offer: Exciting AV installation and integration projects across VIC Exposure to the latest AV systems and technologies Career growth and professional development pathways Competitive packages with allowances and potential travel opportunities If you’re an experienced AV Installation or Integration Technician in VIC, we’d love to hear from you.
