Join a global design brand as a Project Architect/Leader in their Sydney office. Responsibilities: Oversee or 2IC on entire projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with client goals and design vision. Mentor junior staff, providing guidance on design processes and Revit best practices. Act as the primary client contact, building and maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful delivery of high-quality outcomes. Utilise your expert Revit skills to lead the creation of comprehensive architectural models and documentation. Requirements: Exceptional proficiency in Revit; expert-level knowledge is a must for managing complex projects. Extensive experience in managing aviation or extremely complex projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Strong leadership skills, demonstrating the ability to inspire and guide a project team. A Master's degree is required, along with a strong portfolio showcasing leadership in design and innovative solutions. Excellent design eye, with the ability to translate client visions into compelling architectural outcomes. Excellent communication. Able to adapt, listen, take guidance and guide others.
