This role is suited to experienced trainers who are looking to work on a flexible basis (contract or casual). Delivering non–accredited and accredited units in First Aid, WHS & Traffic Control, Electrical Safety Inspection, Electrical Safety Awareness, Access Authorities, Rescue, Live Low Voltage, VESI (VIC only) and Cert II in Asset Inspection. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and deliver engaging, compliant training in line with the relevant training package Ensure appropriate equipment and resources are used for all practicals Maintain accurate training records, assessments, and reports Comply with RTO policies, ASQA standards and industry licensing requirements Support RPL processes and gap assessments where applicable Liaise professionally with clients and participants during delivery About You: Essential requirements include: Current TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or TAE40110 with upgrades) Vocational competencies and industry experience in the above units Certifications and / or licences where necessary Electrical industry experience and/or relevant licensing where appropriate Ability to travel and deliver onsite across various states Valid Driver’s Licence and access to transport Have your own laptop and/or iPad/tablet Desirable experience includes: ESI or utility sector experience High-risk work licence Experience delivering training for clients First Aid Units (HLTAID009, HLTAID010, HLTAID011) Work Health and Safety & Traffic Control Units (MSMWHS217, RIIWHS204E, RIIWHS205E, RIIWHS302E) Electrical Supply Industry (ESI) – Distribution Overhead (UETDRDO003, UETDRDO004) Electrical Safety Awareness (UETDREL006) Access Authorities and Safety Rules (UETDRMP001, UETDRMP002) Rescue Units - ESI Focused (UETDRMP003, UETDRMP004, UETDRMP005, UETDRMP006, UETDRMP007, UETDRMP008, UETDRMP010) Live Low Voltage Work (UETDRMP011, UETDRMP012, UETDRMP013) Work Health and Safety – Electrical (UEECD0007) Certificate II in ESI Asset Inspection and Testing (UETDRAI001, UETDRAI002, UETDRAI004, UETDRAI005, UETDREL002) About Us: Benefits of working with us include Flexible working - All flexibility requests are genuinely considered.
