The Role This is a hands-on Technical Support Officer role where you’ll provide Level 1 and 2 support to both internal users and external clients. Your day will vary from resolving hardware issues to preparing equipment for events and jumping on-site to ensure everything runs smoothly. Key responsibilities include: Providing timely Level 1 and 2 IT support across users and clients Managing user accounts and devices within Windows/Active Directory environments Troubleshooting laptops, scanners, and networking gear Testing, packing, and delivering IT equipment for off-site use Supporting live events with on-site technical assistance Participating in an after-hours support roster About You You’re a practical tech all-rounder who thrives in high-energy environments. You enjoy a challenge, don’t shy away from rolling up your sleeves, and know how to calmly manage support requests—even when the pressure is on. You’ve got strong communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and love making tech work seamlessly behind the scenes.
