Seeking an experienced Facilities Manager / Officer / Maintenance Coordinator to be based in Melbourne CBD. Responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of building maintenance services in a corporate office space for a high profile client. Working full-time hours, Monday – Friday (40hrs per week) in a permanent position. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day building operations management across a commercial office Manage reporting, invoicing, work orders and minor projects Manage maintenance vendor contract and performance Perform occasional electrical maintenance eg. light replacement and reset breakers Manage power downs Conduct inspections Customer facing, being based on the client site Be the main Technical person on site Skills and Experience Required: Cert III Electrotechnology and current Electrician A Grade licence Experience in facilities management (FM) Familiar with infrastructure such as UPS, generators, CRAC units Background checks - police checks, references Role Benefits: Salary from $100,000 – 125,000 Super Permanent position Immediate start available Time in lieu for any overtime or on call Succession planning with internal opportunities for growth and promotion Tier 1 service provider with strong structures, processes and support in place If you're interested please APPLY or email your CV and cover letter to chelseai@austcorpexecutive.com.au
