What We’re Looking For: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar leadership role within the collision repair industry Strong communication and people management skills Ability to prioritise, delegate, and meet deadlines A solutions-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving ability Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel Committed to maintaining high safety and quality standards We understand that everyone’s circumstances are different — we're open to discussing flexible work arrangements for this role or others across our business.
