What’s On Offer Work with a respected national construction company Quality work, no cutting corners here Competitive salary package tailored to your experience Interstate project exposure to aid with your professional development Study support, flexible work and paid parental leave policy Day off for your birthday, regular social events Physical and mental wellness programs The Role Take full responsibility for site operations — resourcing, productivity, troubleshooting and progress Mentor and guide your on-site team to lift capability and drive high standards Run site meetings and contribute to project planning and coordination Keep all site-based activity running to schedule and to spec Break down the broader construction schedule into achievable weekly and daily goals Work closely with Project Managers to hit key delivery milestones Manage subcontractors on-site, ensuring quality, compliance and performance Champion and enforce site safety standards and procedures Oversee final works, defecting, and handover activities as required The Criteria Trade qualifications and experience managing $20M–$30M commercial or industrial builds Strong knowledge of construction methodology, sequencing and site-based project delivery Exceptional communication skills with a proactive, solution-focused mindset A commercial lens — you understand how decisions on-site impact the bigger picture Proven ability to lead, motivate and manage teams effectively Confidence dealing with clients, consultants and trades alike Please call Tara Stokes @ GOUGH on 0419 280 999 or simply hit APPLY NOW.
