HSE Advisor - Commercial Construction We are looking for a career-driven HSE Advisor with commercial construction experience to join a dynamic team. This role is site-focused, covering multiple projects across Adelaide and South Australia, where your contribution will directly impact safety and performance on-site. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and submit weekly and monthly HSE reports for clients. Adjust your approach to ensure the right outcome when dealing with HSE issues on site. Take a proactive role in following up with the site team on HSE matters. Build strong, professional relationships with site teams and clients to enhance safety standards. Lead risk reviews and JHA assessments alongside supervisory teams. Assist in maintaining and developing internal HSE systems and ensuring compliance. Promote a positive safety culture and support wellness initiatives. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve HSE performance across projects. About you Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety. Current First Aid qualification. At least 2 years' experience in HSE roles within the building and construction industry. Proficient in HSE reporting tools and strong computer skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. Ability to lead risk and JHA reviews with site teams. Proactive, adaptable attitude with a focus on achieving the best results.
