Level 2 IT Engineer Location: Newcastle, NSW Full-time | On-site Work with one of the most innovative and highly regarded business in Newcastle. We are looking for multiple Level 2 IT Engineers who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys working in a busy and dynamic setting. About the Role This is a hands on support role where you will act as the escalation point for Level 1 support and contribute to project based work such as system migrations and integrations. You will be exposed to a wide range of modern technologies and play a key role in ensuring effective IT service delivery to internal teams and external clients. Key Responsibilities Provide Level 2 technical support and resolve escalated service desk tickets Support and manage Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments Administer and troubleshoot issues related to Azure and Windows Server infrastructure Contribute to integration and migration projects across cloud and on-premise environments Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality support and solutions Maintain accurate documentation and follow best practice service management processes About You Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident (essential) Previous experience in a fast paced IT support environment Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Azure and Windows Server Confident in resolving escalated technical issues from a Level 1 service desk Experience working on migration and integration projects Strong communication and troubleshooting skills Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment What’s on Offer Work as part of a high-performing, collaborative technical team Exposure to modern cloud platforms and interesting project work Supportive team culture with learning and development opportunities Newcastle-based role with on-site presence required Competitive salary of $80k - 90k super Ready to Take the Next Step?
