Cultural swap days What will you be doing? Working in our Insights team, you will lead a portfolio of food and grocery clients. Sharing your deep understanding of consumer attitudes, behaviours, and retail purchasing trends, you will help clients to attract new shoppers, boost sales and drive growth. Responsibilities Translate client challenges into clear, actionable project briefs with data-driven hypotheses Deliver compelling, story-led insights using multiple data sources (scan and shopper) to drive measurable ROI Own and execute strategic account plans tailored to client goals and evolving needs Build and nurture strong client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor Identify new business opportunities and position Circana’s solutions to meet client needs Manage contracts, invoicing, renewals, and revenue targets Requirements 3 years of experience in an insights or category role, ideally within a FMCG manufacturer, retailer or market research agency A sharp analytical mind, skilled in turning scan and shopper panel data into actionable insights Strong communication and presentation skills Excellent client-facing skills and a consultative mindset Proven relationship builder who thrives on collaboration and long-term partnerships Commercially savvy with a knack for spotting growth opportunities and driving business development Calm under pressure, with effective planning and prioritisation skills Circana Behaviours As well as the technical skills, experience and attributes that are required for the role, our shared behaviours sit at the core of our organisation.
