Key Responsibilities: As a Sous Chef, your day-to-day duties include assisting the Head Chef in maintaining a smooth and efficient kitchen operation, ensuring that meals are of high quality and prepared professionally along with monitoring younger kitchen staff. Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes. Develop innovative menus and ensure culinary excellence. Manage kitchen operations, including inventory and cost control. Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar leadership role. Strong culinary skills and a passion for creating delicious food. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or higher.
