Within our Electrification & Automation business, our Customer Services team supports the full lifecycle of critical customer assets – from new installations to long-term maintenance and modernisation. Due to strong business growth and increasing market demand, we are excited to offer a newly created leadership position: Head of Project Management. This is your opportunity to shape how projects are delivered and optimised across a fast-growing portfolio in the energy and automation space. Your Role – Shape the Future of Electrification In this key leadership role, you will manage the successful delivery of multiple complex projects while enhancing process efficiency and customer outcomes. Leading a team of four direct reports, you’ll take full ownership of the project execution strategy across the region. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing the delivery of new installations and service projects in the electrification and automation space Managing contract terms and conditions (T&Cs), timelines, milestones, and risk Driving continuous improvement across project delivery systems and operations Aligning project teams with Siemens’ quality, safety, and customer satisfaction standards Providing leadership in planning, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement Collaborating with tendering, sales, and service teams to ensure seamless execution What You’ll Bring: A degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration At least 5 years’ experience in project management across electrification, automation, or power distribution services Proven success in managing multiple concurrent projects through all phases Strong knowledge of medium/low-voltage switchgear, protection systems, SCADA, and digital solutions Practical experience in on-site service delivery, scheduling, and resource management Effective leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Flexibility to travel across the region as needed Why Join Us?
