Group Head of Operations Race Dental is looking for a highly experienced leader to manage all operational aspects of its multinational dental business. We are looking for someone who understands the current dental market and rapidly changing technological landscape, who can successfully identify and implement new strategies and technologies, and bring impactful products to market in order to keep Race Dental at the forefront of our industry. The ideal applicant will possess a proven track record of success within the dental industry, extensive experience with a variety of technologies and operational strategies, and strong leadership ability to manage a dynamic, fast-paced work environment. To be considered for this role an applicant must have: Proven operations management experience in high volume, fast paced dental laboratory production environments . - Required: 10 years-experience growing and managing successful dental laboratories, building and leading high performing teams, managing all aspects of production, staffing, and logistical oversight. - Ability to rapidly identify and correct inefficiencies in workflows, adjust staffing as needed based on operational performance, and develop and lead a core management structure. Deep technical knowledge and real-world working experience with current (and on-the-horizon) dental manufacturing and design platforms. - Required: 5 years-experience working with or managing teams working with reductive, additive, and high-volume thermoforming equipment. - Proven ability to effectively integrate new technologies into existing operational environments and ability to build new manufacturing departments and product lines as needed. Demonstrable experience building business cases for new products and developing go to market strategies for new product offerings. - Required: Experience launching new dental products and/or digitally produced variants of existing analogue products. - Highly desirable: Corporate experience in Marketing and/or Product Management dealing directly with the development and launch of new technologies into the market and crafting impactful messaging to better sell those products. - Experience with stage-gate development strategies, product lifecycle management, and competitive product analysis is a plus. Experience working with teams spread across multiple countries and time zones . - Race Dental has operations in three different countries and time zones. The successful applicant will have experience working in cross-functional team environments across different time zones, countries, and cultures.
