We’re looking for a Senior Business Development Director to help drive our next stage of growth. In this individual contributor role, you’ll be focused on building a strong pipeline and bringing in new enterprise and upper mid-market clients across ANZ. If you’re a driven seller who enjoys the thrill of the chase and can bring strategic deals to life, you’ll fit right in. What You’ll Do Prospect, pitch, and close new business opportunities with large organisations Lead sales conversations with senior buyers, including CIOs, Heads of CX, and commercial leads Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling solutions that deliver impact Use CRM and pipeline reporting to manage your sales activity and progress Focus on key industries such as BFSI, retail, telco, government, and others What You Bring 5 years in B2B sales or business development, ideally with a focus on BPO, tech or services A track record of success acquiring new business and meeting targets Confidence engaging at senior levels and guiding clients through a consultative process Self-starter mindset — motivated, accountable, and outcomes focused You might come from SaaS, outsourcing, CX, consulting, or a completely different industry — we’re open-minded Why Join Probe CX?
