This role involves providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a dynamic environment and will possess excellent organisational and communication skills. This position is ideal for a school leaver or someone with a couple of years of experience. Responsibilities: Assist with day to day administrative tasks given by the team and other departments Support the coordination of meetings and events. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations. Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors. Answer phones and assist with email enquiries Qualifications: Positive attitude Good organisational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous administrative experience is a plus but not required.
