About the Role As the Compliance & Governance Manager, you’ll oversee all compliance, governance, and training operations across the group. Your strategic thinking, leadership, and subject matter expertise will ensure we meet our regulatory obligations while continuously improving standards across services. You will be instrumental in promoting organisational integrity and safeguarding operational excellence through best-in-class compliance frameworks and education. Key Responsibilities Oversee compliance management by monitoring regulatory changes, identifying risks, developing and updating policies, and leading internal audits and external inspections Provide strong leadership to compliance and governance teams, fostering a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous development through coaching and guidance Design, develop, and deliver engaging compliance training programs across multiple platforms, tailored to specific operational risks and regulatory requirements, and evaluate training outcomes for continuous improvement Effectively communicate compliance policies, offer expert guidance to staff, enforce standards consistently, and take appropriate action when breaches occur Conduct ongoing risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate compliance risks; prepare and present detailed reports to senior leadership and regulatory bodies Lead initiatives to improve compliance processes and training effectiveness, staying current with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in the sector Manage grants compliance by ensuring adherence to funding requirements, coordinating with Finance on budgeting and expenditure tracking, and preparing necessary documentation for stakeholders What You Bring Proven experience in senior compliance, risk, or governance roles in Aged Care and NDIS Demonstrated practice navigating internal and external audits In-depth knowledge of relevant laws, standards, and frameworks Strong leadership, team development, and stakeholder engagement skills Excellent judgement, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail Why Join Us?
