About the Role: Work closely with the Lead Educator and the ECT to support planning, observations, and daily routines Be engaging, hands-on, and active with a very busy and curious group of children (22 children generally everyday) Help guide behaviour and create a positive, structured environment Collaborate with a warm and inclusive team Opportunity to build your career with ongoing training and mentoring About You: Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (or working towards it) - (please note that this role is reserved for Cert 3, WT Cert 3, and even WT Diploma candidates only) Candidate will need to be flexible in shifts Confident supporting children with diverse needs Someone who loves to be active and very engaging with the children.
