Description Collaborate with business stakeholder & technical teams to document requirements. Shape and manage the product backlog using ServiceNow. Use tools like JIRA and Signavio to manage workflows and documentation. Analyse processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions. Work closely with the technology team to ensure successful implementation of systems and tools. Profile A successful Business Analyst should have: Strong understanding and experience with PEGA platform (must have). PEGA certification (nice to have). Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a technical environment. Strong working experience in Agile methodologies and scrum teams. Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
