Join our Credit Cards Line of Business team to lead credit card portfolio strategy and performance, ensuring customer fairness, risk management, and market competitiveness. This role requires strong product management disciplines, commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of customer and market dynamics. Key Responsibilities: Lead and deliver portfolio and lifecycle strategies for growth, profitability, and satisfaction. Monitor financials, market trends, customer insights to inform strategy and manage budgets. Collaborate across teams and influence senior stakeholders. Provide end-to-end credit card expertise and gain proficiency in backend systems and setup. Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies. What do I need? Experience in financial services, with a background in product management, payments, cards, or lending. Strong understanding of financial products (ideally Credit Cards), marketing, and data analysis. Strong commercial acumen with data-driven decision making and skilled data storytelling using Excel and PowerPoint. Exceptional relationship management skills across internal and external stakeholders. Comfortable working in ambiguity, customer-focused, and highly collaborative under pressure. Tertiary qualified in Economics, Business, or Marketing. Why join us?
