Due to significant growth, this firm are on the hunt for a Tax Director / Head of Tax who's passionate about private client taxation. You're not just technically brilliant; you love solving complex tax problems creatively and collaboratively with your peers. You'll be the go-to expert for their clients and internal advisors, leading the strategic growth and execution of our firm's tax compliance, advisory and transactions function. What You'll Do: Expert Tax Advisory: Provide comprehensive tax advice and solutions focused on private clients, including: Taxation planning & optimization Tax structuring (local & international) Indirect taxation Tax consolidation & Division 7A Employee Share Schemes Adviser Development: Work closely with the firms financial advisors to enhance their tax knowledge and solution capabilities. Education & Training: Design and deliver the firm's tax education strategy, including in-house and external training programs. Strategic Leadership: Lead and execute the tax & transactions strategy, including building and mentoring a high-performing team of tax experts. Who You Are: 8 to 12 years of dedicated experience in private client tax advisory. A strong desire to build deep relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to co-create solutions. Proven experience developing and mentoring junior tax professionals. A track record of contributing to or leading growth strategies for tax and transactions teams.
