Team Leader and Hygiene Service Technician – Van Driver & Restocker Full Time | Thomastown | From $28 per hour Hours: 3–5 weekdays per week, from 7:00am to 3:00pm Location: Start and finish in Thomastown Pay: From $28.00 per hour Vehicle: Company van provided for use during business hours About the Role We are looking for a motivated and reliable person to lead and support our Hygiene Services team. This is a hands-on role where you will coordinate service run schedules, work independently on the road while providing support to the performance of a small team. You’ll drive a company van from site to site, follow a service run schedule, and service washroom products (such as refilling soap dispensers, air fresheners, and exchanging sanitary units). You do not need to clean the washrooms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, takes pride in their work, and is confident supervising others. What You’ll Be Doing Lead a small team of hygiene technicians Prepare service scheduled run sheets for yourself and the team to follow Ensure jobs are completed to a high standard and on time Restock and maintain washroom products (soap dispensers, air fresheners, sanitary units) Drive a company van between locations Communicate with management and report issues What You Need A valid driver’s licence (mandatory) Experience in a mobile, delivery, or service role Strong time management and communication skills Ability to work independently and lead by example A friendly, professional attitude with good customer service skills Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain) About Us Borg Property Services is a 100% Australian-owned and market leading company with over 35 years of experience in commercial cleaning and hygiene services.
