MARS Recruitment is partnering with a leading organisation in the resources sector to recruit a commercial support professional to assist with the coordination and delivery of procurement-related initiatives across regional and global teams. The Opportunity Working closely with a senior leader in the procurement function, this role will support a wide range of activities aimed at improving internal processes, streamlining procurement operations, and driving strategic alignment across teams. Key responsibilities include: Assisting in the coordination of team priorities and planning across multiple stakeholders and projects Supporting the preparation of reports, presentations, and business updates Helping to identify opportunities for improvement in procurement systems, tools, and ways of working Gathering and interpreting data to support informed commercial decisions Maintaining effective communication across global teams to ensure alignment Supporting ad-hoc projects and initiatives across procurement and commercial functions About You This role will suit someone who enjoys working across both detail and strategy. You're proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders while maintaining clarity and structure. You will bring: A degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related discipline Previous experience in a support, coordination or commercial operations role A structured and methodical approach, with strong attention to detail Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Forms) Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI or Power Apps (advantageous but not essential) Why Apply?
