This is a well-established showroom-style environment where service, product knowledge and leadership go hand-in-hand. The business operates with a strong customer-first philosophy, and the store also offers in-home consultations - supported by a company car assigned to the Store Manager for team use. This is an opportunity for a confident, hands-on leader who brings structure, energy and a strong operational foundation. You might come from a background in lighting, furniture, tools, hardware, paint, design or interiors - but what matters most is your ability to lead a team and drive store performance.
