About the opportunity Due to business expansion, we are looking for a dedicated and adaptable New Home Sales Consultant to join our growing team. In this rewarding role, you will provide sales support across our display home network, offering flexible coverage. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and self-motivated consultant who enjoys working in varied displays. Your key responsibilities include: •Taking ownership of customer engagement across display homes •Qualifying customers and guiding them through a tailored path aligned with their budget, design & lifestyle needs. •Supporting customers through the full sales cycle from initial quote, to presenting tenders and handling variations •Managing a pipeline of prospective buyers and building strong client relationships by providing value. •Ensuring all sales documentation and paperwork is completed to high standards within required timeframes •Collaborating cross-functionally with all departments within Weeks Homes to ensure accurate and timely documentation •Manage client expectations while acting as a knowledge and trusted advisor About you To be successful in this highly rewarding role you will demonstrate alignment to the purpose and core values of the NEX Group along with: •Experience in a similar role – ideally within new home sales or property •A strong sales background with the drive to achieve results and support business needs •A confident, outgoing personality with the ability to be engaging and build trust quickly •Excellent communication and strong problem-solving skills •Most importantly … a passion for helping people find their dream home! •Adaptability to work across different display homes as required •Availability to work Saturday to Wednesday, including public holidays Interested?
