To continue developing in this area and keep delivering great results, they are now recruiting for a Senior Reliability Manager to join their food manufacturing site in regional Victoria. The Role Reporting into the Engineering Manager and sitting within the Site Leadership team, your responsibilities will include; • Lead and develop the maintenance strategies and team within the plant, ensuring KPI’s around; OEE, machine reliability, uptime, stoppages and OH&S are adhered to. • Developing the maintenance team in fault finding techniques, RCA, Fishbone Diagrams and other methodologies to facilitate a thorough and proactive maintenance culture. • Life cycle management of site asset base, obsolescence and capital upgrades. • Conducting in depth machine analysis to properly detect and predict machine issues before they arise. • Lead, coach and deliver a high performance culture throughout the team. Your Background In order to be successful in this role, you will be: • Degree or trade qualified in an engineering discipline, being either mechanical, electrical, mechatronics or similar - Required. • Minimum 10 years' experience working in FMCG industry and/or manufacturing sites, leading teams and in people development. • Extensive experience developing and implementing maintenance strategies to bring about a proactive and preventative maintenance culture. • Formal qualifications/training in Root Cause Analysis techniques, as well as CI methodologies, including; 5S, Lean and/or Six Sigma. • You will be a strong communicator, both verbal and written with excellent problem solving abilities.
