An exciting opportunity has opened for a Senior Planner to join an established fashion retailer and take ownership of one of their key categories in ladieswear . This is a business known for its strong product, incredible culture, and market presence — and they’re looking for someone who’s commercially savvy and ready to make an impact. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including Buying, Marketing, VM, and Store Ops to drive financial success across a seasonal range. With one direct report and genuine influence at the strategic level, this is an opportunity to lead and grow while being supported by a high-performing team. What You’ll Be Doing: Lead the planning cycle end-to-end, including seasonal strategy, PSA, and range reviews Own in-season forecasting, WSSI updates, and trade reporting Collaborate with Buying to manage assortment, sizing, and availability across stores and online Manage stock, markdowns, promotions, and performance analysis across channels Coach and develop a Planner or Allocator, driving results and growth Identify risks and opportunities with real commercial autonomy What You’ll Bring: 5 years in merchandise planning, ideally within apparel or fashion Strong Excel skills and familiarity with retail planning systems Commercial mindset and proven financial acumen Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders Confident communicator with strong leadership potential Want to hear more?
