Senior Collections Manager – Legal Sector | $100,000–$120,000 Super Are you a seasoned Collections Manager ready to take full ownership of the collections function? Due to continued growth, they’re now creating a standalone role for a Senior Collections Manager to build and drive their collections strategy. The Role This is a newly created, autonomous position where you’ll lead the end-to-end collections process. Reporting directly to the Partners, you’ll be a key contributor to improving cash flow and client relationships. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the firm’s collections process and strategy; Review client files and determine next steps for outstanding accounts; Contact debtors via phone, email, and formal correspondence; Negotiate payment plans and settlements professionally and empathetically; Maintain accurate records and generate debtor reports; Reduce DSO and improve recovery rates; and Partner with internal stakeholders including Partners and Associates to align collections with legal processes.
