Permanent Full Time Hybrid role | Flexible location: NSW, QLD, VIC About the Role As aPeople Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, influencing workforce strategy, leading key people initiatives, and driving cultural alignment across your portfolio. You will lead and develop a team of People Advisors, influencing workplace culture, leadership capability, and employee engagement across Aruma. Your work will shape how we support our people to be their best — so they, in turn, can deliver great outcomes for the people we support. Key Responsibilities Partner with senior leaders to implement Aruma’s People Plan and drive strategic priorities. Lead and coach a team of People professionals to deliver operational excellence. Provide expert advice on employee relations, workforce planning, organisational change, and performance management. Influence and support leadership capability, culture development, and team effectiveness. Ensure compliance with industrial instruments, HR policies, and legislative requirements. Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and wellbeing initiatives. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, influencing workforce strategy, leading key people initiatives, and driving cultural alignment across your portfolio About You You’re a confident and collaborative HR leader who brings a combination of strategic thinking and operational know-how. You’re comfortable navigating complexity and influencing at all levels of the organisation. To be successful, you will have: Degree qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline or related experience Minimum 7 years’ experience in generalist HR roles, including senior advisory or partnering roles. Demonstrated experience coaching senior leaders and managing ER/IR issues. Strong understanding of contemporary people practices, legislation, and industrial instruments. High-level communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to relationship building. A values-aligned, people-focused approach to leadership and problem solving. Why Aruma?
