What You’ll Do Partner with clients to understand their business, culture and hiring needs. Source, screen and interview top sales talent. Proactively reach out - cold calls, emails, InMails - to keep talent pipelines flowing. Manage relationships with candidates from first chat through to placement. Use AI tools and market insights to make smarter hiring decisions. Create engaging content for social media to connect with both candidates and hiring managers. About You An experienced recruiter (agency or in-house), ideally with exposure to manufacturing, building materials or hire & rental industries - or related fields. Confident navigating hiring platforms like LinkedIn, SEEK and other sourcing tools. A people person who loves building genuine connections and trusted relationships. Commercially switched-on and comfortable giving honest, straight-up advice. Organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple vacancies at once.
