Role Responsibilities: Supervising production in the frames department Lead and motivate a team of 15-20 including 3 leading hands Report directly to the Production Manager Driving productivity Continuous improvement and planning Keeping records of operations, safety and maintenance procedures Ensure that work meets established quality standards Coordinate with schedules to ensure timelines are being met Experience required: 3 year’s experience in a similar position Strong boilermaker / welding background Production planning experience Experience in a mining manufacturing environment (desirable) Experience working with bulk material handling parts is ideal Forklift license (desirable) Full working rights Ability to undergo a pre employment medical What's in it for you?
