Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to oversee, support and mentor a team of Behaviour Support Practitioners to ensure a quality service is delivered to NDIS participants in accordance with their individual NDIS plan. What you'll do Guiding and coaching behaviour support practitioners and reviewing positive behaviour support plans. Provide clinical guidance and support to a small team of dedicated and passionate consultants, including supervision and mentoring, reviewing reports and letters of recommendation and support with professional development. Working closely with the team to meet output targets whilst ensuring best practice and excellent stakeholder relationships. You will also have your own diverse clinical caseload working within the community to provide high quality clinical support. You will have full flexibility to be based from home to complete reporting and administration in support of your caseload. What you'll bring Based in Brisbane. Proven experience in team leadership, including mentoring and supervising other practitioners. Advanced-level registration with the NDIS Commission as a Behaviour Support Practitioner. You will have tertiary level education in a relevant discipline. A passion for working with people with a disability and NDIS and/or disability sector experience is preferred but not essential. A willingness to provide services within the community, including in-home A love for growing and developing young clinicians and leaders & truly inspiring them to be great.
