Relevant professional qualifications and registration ( AHPRA ) Passion for helping people and supporting their developmental needs. Strong communication skills , both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients, families, and the team. Empathy and patience to build rapport with a variety of ages. Creative and flexible thinking to adapt therapy approaches to individual client needs. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently, balancing clinical and administrative tasks. Current working with children checks, police clearance, and other required certifications such as first aid and professional indemnity insurance.
