This ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, whilst maintaining and building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities: Research and identify new business opportunities Develop and implement effective sales strategies Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients and partners Prepare and present proposals and presentations to potential customers Maintain accurate records of sales activities Be customer centric and assist all departments if and when needed to achieve customer satisfaction Requirements: Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Previous trade experience is highly desirable, particularly in relation to knowledge of construction and manufacturing processes and materials, and exposure to measuring techniques.
