Our client 'Kelly's Irish Pub' is searching for a highly skilled Hotel Manager for their busy hotel in Mudgee. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Hotel Manager to join its award winning team. Located at Mudgee, Kelly's is a family hotel that prides itself in providing quality service. Situated right in the heart of the beautiful wine country Mudgee, Kelly's Irish Pub offers accommodation, bistro & bar 7 days a week, multiple function spaces & live music every weekend. Our main goal is to ensure everyone has fun. We have a great staff who aims to cater to all needs and ensure everyone has a memorable experience. Your Role & Impact: - Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance with brand standards, and exceptional guest experiences. - Maintain high service standards, resolve guest complaints, and implement improvements based on feedback. - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive occupancy, group bookings, and event business. - Lead, train, and motivate department heads and employees to ensure high productivity and morale. - Implement strategies to enhance profitability, market positioning, and guest loyalty.
