Before applying please ensure you are available to cover the following roster Monday - Friday: 8.45am - 1.15pm 22.50 hours per week You will be joining one of our Multi-Channel Branches! What is a Multi-Channel Branch? Between 9:30-1pm: Our Retail Branch services customers in the community face to face with their everyday banking needs, enquires & transactions. After 1pm: We assist our customers with their everyday banking needs and complaints via telephone or other digital channels in a contact centre environment. Together we deliver a seamless banking experience for the future to our 10 million personal and small business customers.
