We’re looking for a creative and energetic Marketing Executive to join a dynamic retail property team, supporting a portfolio of shopping centres. You’ll deliver fresh, engaging campaigns, manage social and digital content, and drive tenant and community engagement. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about bringing retail spaces to life through innovative marketing. Key Responsibilities: Assist with annual marketing plans, budgets, and campaign strategies. Manage social media content calendars, centre websites, and PR opportunities. Coordinate and execute in-centre campaigns, activations, and events. Monitor and report on campaign performance, customer engagement, and ROI. Collaborate with internal teams, tenants, and external partners to deliver exceptional outcomes. What You’ll Bring: 2 years' experience in a marketing role (retail or agency experience a bonus). Hands-on experience with social media platforms, content creation, and campaign coordination. Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills. Creative flair and a proactive, collaborative attitude. Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Communications are a plus, but not essential.
