We cater to 50 children across three beautiful classrooms and unique nature-based outdoor spaces. Since 2018, we have sustained a strong reputation for being an employer and center of choice in the local community. What We Are Looking For A rare opportunity exists for a passionate and experienced individual to join our management team as a Centre Manager. We are looking for someone who: Leads by example in practices, relationships, and curriculum within the early learning sector. Can guide, mentor, and empower a team with a positive and confident approach. Is approachable to families, children, and educators, nurturing connections within our community. Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is organized and efficient. Holds a Diploma in Children's Services or a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood). Has a strong understanding of Regulations/Legislation, the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and National Quality Standards (NQS). Has a strong understanding of NQS Rating and Assessment Has at least two years of previous Director experience in Early Learning Centres. Holds current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates.
