A fantastic opportunity has become available to join the Technology team in our Melbourne office to ensure the efficient operation of all facets of a full stack Microsoft environment to meet the needs of the business. What you’ll be doing As a graduate in our Technology team, you’ll be part of a diverse team helping to deliver seamless technology services across our business. Key objectives will include: handle first and second level hardware and software technical support. provide IT support services across a variety of Microsoft platforms and cloud systems (Windows 11, Office 365, SharePoint Online, Teams, Copilot, Entra ID and Intune). provide IT support services for a range of desktop models and core infrastructure. make recommendations on upgrades and solutions when necessary. research and investigate technical problems.
