In this role, you will support the Logistics Manager in co-ordinating and streamlin ing all aspects of our logistics and transport operations. Key Responsibilities Liaise effectively with transport providers, suppliers, and internal teams to coordinate logistics activities. Handle data entry, documentation, and compliance monitoring to support logistics operations. Assist internal teams with freight bookings and facilitate the creation of export shipment paperwork. Provide support to the Supply Chain and Warehouse teams in inventory and stock control administration. Contribute to process improvements and assist in reporting tasks to enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications Formal tertiary qualifications in supply chain, logistics or business administration; equivalent relevant work experience may be considered. Minimum 1 year of experience partnering with 3PL providers, freight providers and vendors. Agile and proactive thinker with the ability to anticipate challenges in supply chain. Financial responsibility to process, resolve invoice disputes and ensure the correct charges are levied against the contracted vendor agreements. High level of attention to detail, effective prioritisation, and strong multi-tasking abilities. Ability to maintain data accuracy for KPI reporting. Strong geography skills and a solid understanding of international freight transport networks. Experience in commodity import/export customs processes is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work within diverse cultures and part of a team Results-oriented.
