About the role As the first point of contact for our customers, the focus of the Customer Service Agent is to deliver exceptional customer service, determine customers' needs and help find the best solution by working collaboratively with our branch network. There is a lot to learn and one day is never the same. 40 hour working week, our customer service centre operates from 6.30 am to 5.30pm Staggered 8 hour shift on a rotating roster including Saturdays Package Profit share bonus weekend allowances On the job training induction in a branch near you where you get hands on experience working on our product range Responsibilities Respond to customer needs via telephone, emails and other channels whilst providing exceptional customer service Provide customers with product and service information including essential information for all hires specifically safety information Source equipment to meet customer needs via our branch network Complete administrative duties such as creating, updating and finalising hire schedules Coordinate equipment deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs, changeovers and breakdowns Professionally handle customer enquiries in our hard working culture Liaise with multiple departments and stakeholders to effectively ensure customer's requirements are met. Assist with customer specific reports and portal maintenance About you You are passionate about customer service, thrive in a dynamic environment, and want to be part of a family-oriented company that values growth and innovation. Customer service experience, including digital, phone, and email. Dedication to exceptional service and strong customer focus. Proficiency in communication, MS Office tools, and problem-solving.
