Play a key role as part of the procurement business partner function Enjoy a healthy work-life balance within a supportive organisation Balance of hands on procurement and strategic advisory About the role As the Senior Procurement Business Partner, you will be responsible for provision of expert advice to PV staff, including delivery of a broad range of procurement and contract services to ensure compliance to the Victorian government and departmental procurement policies and procedures. Your role will also provide appropriate governance and oversight, conduct investigations and report on instances of non-compliance with procurement policies and procedures, manage the administration of procurement training courses and advisory services on engagement of contingent labour and participate in other governance forums. We're looking for someone with: Extensive experience in a designated procurement position. Demonstrated experience within a Public Sector or Public Service environment is desirable. Demonstrated experience in strong leadership and communication skills including the ability to collaborate with a dynamic set of stakeholders to drive transformation and change. Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of sourcing and procurement principles and best practices.
