Payroll Functional Consultant - ERP Transformation Are you passionate about delivering enterprise-level payroll transformation? We're seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll Functional Consultant to play a pivotal role in a significant ERP and HCM program. You'll help define, build, and roll out a best-in-class payroll solution that makes a genuine impact across a large and complex organisation. Key Responsibilities: Leverage your domain expertise to analyse proposed SAP and payroll solutions, identify gaps, and drive the approval of key business decisions with stakeholders. Define requirements, map processes, and analyse metrics that inform the success of the payroll stream. Manage the full process lifecycle from concept to launch, influencing To-Be processes and prioritising business requirements. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the current enterprise payroll landscape and the unique challenges of mid-to-large sized organisations. Work closely with a Systems Integrator (SI) throughout the program to ensure effective design, build, testing, and deployment. Collaborate closely with the Product Manager, Group Payroll Manager, HCM team, business process owners, and SMEs to ensure alignment on design and to-be states. Translate requirements into technical specifications in partnership with design and delivery teams. Partner with the implementation vendor, IT managers, and internal stakeholders throughout design, testing, rollout, and Hypercare. Support communications, training, and change management activities to drive adoption. Use continuous discovery and research to inform future product enhancements and innovation. Ensure process documentation is complete, accurate, and ready to support successful product launches. Perform other duties as required within your scope of work. About You You bring a blend of technical expertise, business insight, and exceptional collaboration skills. You'll thrive in this role if you have: Extensive experience as an SAP SuccessFactors / Payroll specialist, with deep knowledge of payroll processes, compliance, and industry standards. Experience with at least one SuccessFactors EC Payroll program Ideally a background in SAP Payroll business analysis, testing and configuration Proven experience working in payroll functions for mid-to-large size organisations. Previous experience leading or contributing to large ERP and HCM transformation programs, particularly payroll implementations. Strong experience working collaboratively with Systems Integrators (SI) and HCM teams. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and visualisation.
