Site based | 7am start & monthly RDO | Opportunity to progress Very well remunerated above industry standard, and highly respected, esteemed organisation High value project company – tier 1 clients Your New Role In this full-time, permanent position, you’ll step into a vital Project Coordinator role, reporting to the Project Director, Project Manager, and Foreman. You’ll play a hands-on role in driving project documentation, technical support, procurement, and contractor coordination across electrical and communications projects. Your attention to detail, ability to plan ahead, and proactive communication style will see you thrive in this varied role. Your key responsibilities will include: Coordinating technical drawings, approvals, and submissions (shop, design, RFI, BIM/Revit); Managing procurement: material take-offs, quote vetting, comparison spreadsheets, order drawdowns; Supporting project set-up and delivery — site documentation, registers, inductions, commissioning docs and manuals; Overseeing quality and safety: managing SWMS, ITPs, AIRs and HSEQ compliance across all touchpoints; Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, clients and consultants to ensure compliance, clear communication and on-time outcomes; Monitoring and updating project programs, raising time-related notices, and escalating variations as required; and Supporting general office and admin duties, reporting, and ensuring accurate project filing and documentation from start to finish. What You Need to Succeed To hit the ground running, you’ll bring: Previous experience in electrical or communications project coordination – essential; Strong admin and documentation skills across drawings, procurement, quality, safety, and reporting; Sound understanding of HSEQ systems, task planning, and construction industry compliance; Relevant qualifications in Engineering or Construction Management (preferred); Electrical licence and cabling licence (desirable); Drivers Licence and General Construction Induction card (white card); and Excellent time management, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive, team-first attitude.
