In this role, you will: Work on capital transactions, large scale property developments and real estate joint ventures Advise on agreements for lease, commercial leasing, and associated real estate documentation Collaborate with cross practice teams Deliver strategic legal advice throughout the lifecycle of development and investment projects Engage directly with clients and help manage key relationships This is an ideal role for a real estate lawyer who is looking to take the next step in a nationally respected team, with the autonomy to lead, the support to grow, and the exposure to work that makes a real impact. Exceptional Legal Professional Required You are a commercially minded lawyer with: PQE5 years law firm experience in real estate or corporate property transactions Experience in complex property matters including acquisitions, developments, and leasing Strong drafting skills and attention to detail A collaborative approach with excellent communication skills A commitment to client service and continuous improvement Interest in mentoring junior lawyers and being part of a positive team culture We also welcome candidates with a background in corporate law who have a solid grounding in real estate transactions and are seeking to specialise further in this area.
