Adelaide, SA Based NV1 Clearance Length of Contract: 11 months Closing Date: 23 July 2025 Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, resource plans, and work breakdown structures. Coordinate project workforce planning and delivery timelines, tracking task performance and resolving delivery blockers. Support governance reporting, including weekly status reports, financial updates, and milestone tracking. Maintain project registers (risks, issues, actions), support risk mitigation planning, and track progress to resolution. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination. Ideal Candidate: Skilled in MS Project, Excel, and relevant project reporting tools. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure. Prior experience with sustainment or shipyard environments is highly desirable.
