ABOUT THE ROLE - Reporting to the Spare Parts Manager, this position will Service the Front and Back Counter of this high volume Workshop and Parts Operations. As a Spare Parts Interpreter you will be working to sales targets, customer service, relationship building, product knowledge, warehousing, trade sales and effective administration. ABOUT THE JOB Stock control and ordering Sales and Customer Service Key liaison with and between the customers, sales and workshop teams and suppliers End to end ordering and receiving of parts Provide spare parts support both in person and over the phone Provide relevant reports where required Use of DMS and computer programs / parts catalogues REQUIREMENTS Must be a qualified Spare Parts interpreter DMS and parts catalogue proficiency Someone passionate about customers and exceeding their expectations Meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills A strong communicator who takes ownership of the customer journey as well as inter-team communication High levels of self-motivation, drive and resilience Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills How to APPLY - Via the APPLY tab (CV preferably in WORD format).
