About the role Reporting to the Team Lead, Service Operations, this Superannuation Specialist position will see you provide assistance to members via inbound contact support, whilst actively liaising to the superannuation administration activities of the broader team. Your key responsibilities will include: Provide accurate details about organisation’s products and processes; Accountable for answering to inbound calls and written queries from current and potential members and employers (and authorised third parties), involving the superannuation products offered by the organisation; Provide accurate details about organisation’s products and processes; Promote a positive customer experience through supporting staff, members, and employers in accordance with service standards; Present high-quality service and advice to existing and prospective members and employers through inbound enquiries and online consultation; Collaborate and assist the administration and superannuation more broadly to provide support with internal and external stakeholders; Oversee resolution to member and employer issues and concerns; Ensure member and employer records are accurate and updated in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; AND Monitor compliance with internal policies and procedures to prevent employer breaches and complaints. Qualifications, skills, and experience required include: General knowledge with superannuation, customer service, and administration processes; Previous experience working in the financial services or superannuation industry is highly regarded RG 146 certification preferable; Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; Solid organisational skills and ability to work under pressure; AND Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
